What is the “Cardio Club”?
The Cardio Club is a 24-week program divided into four 6 week training blocks. Each block is designed for a specific goal to ultimately get you in the best shape. The program is open to all fitness levels as well as all ages. Whether you are a couch potato or training for a specific event, (marathon, triathlon, bikini contest, etc.) Cardio Club will take all the guesswork out of achieving your goals!
How does it work?
Each member of the Cardio Club will have a one on one session with a Certified Trainer to discuss their goals. We will then assess your fitness level, current eating plan & take measurements to insure your progress. Regardless of what your goal is, everyone will start Block 1, which is designed to cleanse & detox your system to make sure your body will be receiving all the correct nutrients for your specific goal.
What if I never worked out before?
The Cardio Club program is designed to work with ALL fitness levels. All of the workouts are modified to fit your current physical abilities. Every month you will see progress not only in body conditioning, but you will become stronger and will be able to do more intense workouts.
What if I’m an athlete?
Then this program is Perfect for you too!! Whatever sport you compete in or just do to keep in shape. Cardio Club will strengthen your weak areas to help you become a better athlete.
I don’t know what to eat?
No problem!! We take the guesswork out of everything! Every 6 weeks we will reevaluate your progress with your trainer and your diet & supplements will be adjusted accordingly.
